2 Week Abs Challenge (Available July 31st 2020)

Week 1: HIIT + Abs
This intense first week, focuses on high reps, cardio and ab workouts to begin to build proper formation of the core. Workouts typically last 20-30 minutes and are done 6 days a week with yoga cool down intervals. There is on rest day during each week.
Week 2: Recovery + Abs
During this week, we will allow our body to recover from last weeks' intense workouts through a series of light ab workouts.
